Subway

Only giving five stars bc of the customer service! My son has autism and looks forward to his same sandwich every Tuesday after his therapy appts. There’s a lady who works the noon shift that is always so friendly. I truly appreciate you and I sure hope the company does as well. Thank you for showing great customer service!

The poor young man who was running the show by himself because his co-workers no showed was a trooper. He made my sandwich the way I wanted it by himself with not much experience. I hope the franchise owner gets on the ball and cans their unpunctual employees. Stay strong, bud. Your work ethic will pay off sooner than you think. The Pretzels on display aren’t even or look like the ones you will get. This is a bait and switch tactic.

Got a Subway sandwich from the fastest, most efficient and kindest sandwich artist, named Chris, today. And when he wasn't making sandwiches, he was cleaning up, restocking, and doing overall an excellent job. I really hope the owners of this Subway store see the effort this man puts into his job; the customers surely DO.

I've been here before and it's never too bad, but I just came in today, and I dont know what happened, the shift leader seemed to just be all over the place, but I didnt see much of her. The 2 up front that made my sandwich didnt hear a single thing I said I guess, because i asked for a subway club, and the guy put only Turkey on it and then gave it to the lady at the other section, so I said "hey can i get the bacon and ham on there as well" and i only got my bacon, and after he put the bacon on there, he gave it to the other lady again, so now my Club sandwich has just Turkey and bacon on it, I dont understand how they didnt hear me or what they were doing. The whole time they were just whispering to eachother so maybe that's why they messed up mine and my girlfriends sandwich. I'm usually pretty understanding of mistakes cuz I work in fast food myself, but this was ridiculous, completely incoherent workers. Edit-- NOT TO MENTION the insane amount of time it took them to make the sandwhich, my girlfriend and I were the only 2 there, and it took about 10 minutes for them to make our 2 sandwiches, so by the time we left there was 6 other people waiting in line, probably still waiting.
