Worst DD I’ve been to by far. They always get something wrong on your order even with simple instructions. Ordered a sandwich and subbed for a beyond sausage(meatless). Of course they give me both the meatless and the turkey sausage even though I made it clear what I was trying to do! That would be a huge issue for a lot of people . Love DD but they make me want to go to the Starbucks down the road.

The staff is super friendly! They were welcoming and actually seemed like they cared about doing a good job. Ordered the sausage, egg & cheese croissant, iced coffee, caramel macchiato, Boston cream donuts & chocolate covered. Croissant was really good. Good flavor and not soggy. Both iced coffee and the macchiato were made well and not too sweet. As always, the donuts we're delicious. Bathroom is clean but needs some repairs. Restaurant cleanliness overall is meh. But they are really busy so that may be why.

Ordered the sourdough sandwich. I was able to swap the bacon for sausage. But my bread was not toasted. Maybe I am wrong in thinking it should have been? The donut and coffee were good and I am glad I went. The company was awesome, the day was nice and we sat outside. Also no hot sauce? No military discount? Next time I will spend my $7 + someplace else I think.

This place is terrible.If I could give it lower than 1-star, I would. I waited for over 40-minutes for a simple order and never received it. Everyone behind the counter seemed inept or stoned. Maybe both. Very disorganised. As far as I'm concerned, your business STOLE $6.99 from me. You took money in exchange for goods as services never received and that is THEFT! NEVER AGAIN! And I intend to contact your corporate office on your shady "business". BTW, if you think these employees deserve a $15/hr minimum wage and the tips that are left to them as you order, you are mistaken! I left a TIP, (To Insure Prompt service). I want that back too.

This location has lost my business. I personally spoke to the owner last week after he called me from a DD review I submitted - about employees not wearing masks. Same man 1 hour ago was not wearing the mask. He left and the girl who was going to make my drink had her mask stuffed with a paper towel - to effectively keep it off her nose and mouth. Horrible. I'll spend my money at the Tequesta DD and drive 15 minutes further to get there. Considering calling the State of FL Health Department. I don't care what your personal opinion is on mask wearing, if you're an employee of a food/beverage establishment you wear the mask - or quit your job and work elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Happy Friday morning thanks to Ms. Lovinsky M., she was in very bead mood today. All start with ordering dozen donuts and two coffees, even I had coupon for the donuts she said that coupon cannot apply because of the coffees. She didn't want to separate the orders. Then, when she start picking the donuts she do not listen to me what I was saying and what kind of donuts I like, she start rolling her eyes and moved with her head when I told her that I do not like the donuts that she picked. Angry she removed them from the box and replace them with those that I want. I got the box without bag not asking do I need it or not. Totally disappointed!
