Not impressed, simply because they've shut half the games down due to covid, but it's not helpful since extremely crowded, and there's no one to sanitize games between players. Awful expensive for what you are getting.

Usually I'm very satisfied with Chuck-E-Cheese in Joplin. But this time I got food poisoning from the salad. Been very sick. Was kinda disappointed because it was my grandsons 5th birthday

We had a great time and the staff was very polite. They went out of their way to get us anything we needed. It was a very good experience.

Staff is very energetic and are all very helpful. Games are social distanced. And the food is so so good!

Held my daughters 4th birthday here. Staff was friendly and helpful. All the children that came had so much fun. Pizza was great! Prices for parties are fair. Will be returning in the future.

It wasnt bad a little pricy I will have to say but kinda worth it I would say if they could lower everything by either 10$ to 2 or 3$ wouldnt be so bad but the games are fun n they keep things pretty clean some of their photos need some cleaning up bec they are kinda blurry but I love the fact that u have to check in w someone before anyone can leave to make sure the group is all together that was awesome .... Pizza was yummy and soda wasnt bad selection due to covid they dont have the mouse that comes out which is sad but I hope they bring him back and I wish they would ask as a normal question was it someone bday bec it was but my daugjter really didnt get anything special kinda disrespectful
