I tried a place with a similar menu in NY. Loved it! I was happy to see the Mac and cheese menu in Joplin. Not as good as NY but that's not to say it wasn't good. Many different Mac and cheese combinations. Cheese burger, pesto, lobster, meat lovers, buffalo chicken to make a few. All served in a 'Lodge' cast iron skillet. My wife tried the pesto and I had the buffalo chicken. I can't wait to go back and try something else. We will definitely be back. FYI there are seats outside.

MacCheesy’s has the mac & cheese game on lock down! With a whole menu filled with different versions of the cheesiest dishes around, it’s hard to choose just one. The pizza Mac & cheese had great marinara flavor, with the Italian spices and of course a ton of cheese. The veggie was packed with chopped vegetables and baked to perfection.
Don’t sleep on this place if you love a good creamy plate of macaroni and cheese, because they will hook you up!

I was excited to stop here because they offer gluten-free pasta. The employees were so nice, friendly, and welcoming. The food was delicious and the iced tea is really good. I’ll definitely be coming here again when I pass through Joplin. The cashier also thought to make sure my salad was gluten-free which had totally slipped my mind :)

The dishes taste as good as they look!! We got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and thr burnt ends mac skillet and birthday cake shake. Great flavor and super stringy cheese.

My wife and I ate here for the first time tonight. I had the buffalo chicken and she had the burnt ends. Both were really good and we enjoyed our meal. I also got the cookie which was slightly undercooked. Wife got a shake and said it was good. However the reason for the 2 star review is because of what happened about 45 minutes after we left. We both got sick to our stomachs and spent a lot of time in the bathroom. On the plus side this is tastier then the colonoscopy prep drink. Both have the same effect.

So yummy!! Customer service was amazing and the food was even better. This idea really needs to take off because it’s the best! Only reason for 4 stars is that it’s a bit on the pricey side, especially for the grilled cheese. Otherwise this is a must try!

Expensive!! But omg… SOOO worth it. We ordered two Mediums, and barely ate 1/4 of ours lol. With the two Mediums and 2 small drinks, we paid just over $40. But man… SOOO good. We WILL be back with bells on. Even though this is in Joplin and we live an hour away in Bentonville, AR. I can’t stress… this is for real gourmet mac n cheese. We just now ordered the cookie skillet. Also, gotta add, “Liv” Olivia, at the register, was AMAZING! She was so helpful and nice, talked us through how the sizes work and etc. Love the customer service.

I love love LOVE this place. I remember when they first started up and I have been with them through the years their quality in food and customer service has NEVER wavered. Even through the pandemic. The food is dreamy. And the staff is always kind. This is the best place in town to eat. I know they are franchising and to anyone looking for an opportunity I would highly recommend it. In all my years of coming here I have never had a bad experience.
