Oporto

I usually really enjoy food from oporto. We order it every couple weeks. Today we went into the Joondalup store and ordered over the counter - two salads and a chips. We took the food home to eat and there was a bug in my salad - we have thrown out both salads after finding it. I already ate half of the salad and I feel sick after finding the still moving bug.

Really good food, at first the girl was really nice. I ordered a regular chips and gravy and at first she just handed me my chips, i told her i also ordered gravy and she goes “oh” then starts pouring it on my chips rather than asking if i wanted it separately like she did other customers. i tried to stop her midway then in the rudest tone she responded “oh.. okay” then proceeded to give it to me still with the same attitude. the foods worth it but is the customer service?

They're not great at listening to your order, so they often get it wrong. I wish they would repeat it back to you so you know they've got it right. I eat here quite a bit and they get the order correct maybe 60% of the time. Sometimes they take ages too. I waited in the drive thru for 20min once. I'm not even exaggerating. 20min. Otherwise, the food is usually fine.
