Hungry Jack's

Food and drinks were nice. The only issue I had was with workers acting very childish. 1 looked like a manager and the other worked in the kitchen, he should've been sent home or fired. The whole time I was there a shorter lady who also looked like a manager was trying to get things done and every time she said something they would mock her, she than went to the other manager and was mocked by her as well. My kids aren't even that petty, both workers really need to grow up and the petty manager needs to be trained on how to actually be a manager. Not sure how a restaurant manager could hire such immature workers.

Through the drive through I simply ordered an icecream 🍦. Always pleasant and eager to take your order .... the VERY BEST Hungry Jack's I've ever driven through.... I'm a great 👍 fan of their icecream 🍦. AND they serve a GOOD SIZE AS WELL. I've been through this drive through many times and it's ALWAYS consistently good.

Extremely poor service. Drive thru was a joke. We were put into waiting bay after ordering a family deal which was ok( we were the only car waiting) however we waited 20 minutes. The store person was walking around to cars with someone order asking if it was theirs but when someone said no she kept hasseling the person to take it even though it was someone else's order. Finally after having enough of waiting we went in and they had not even started it, and we doing other cars orders. What an absolute joke, talk about disorganised, poor training and poor customer service. We ended up going to McDonald's and within 5 minutes we had out order. Steer clear from Hungry Jack's Joondalup if your after quick efficient service.

Sorry to say this restaurant served me a burger that has single handedly put me off visiting a Hungry Jacks (anywhere) ever again. The meat paddy they served me was old, dry and crusty.. and black. But not hot.. so not like they just pulled it from the grill and accidentally overcooked it... but like they grabbed some paddy off the floor or a bench that had been sitting there for days (after being overcooked). Could not eat it and threw it away. All I can think of now when I think of Hungry Jacks is that burger, and can't stomach the chance I'd get something like that again. Can't help but think it is the very last thing their head office would want or accept. While I (did) prefer HJ's over McDonalds, they have never served a burger anywhere near that low quality to me. So never again.

Order took 45mins. Made sure to use the app, minutes after paying I set myself ready to collect. Was on the train ready to get to my stop and drive the rest - It was 12:30pm. Tonnes of cars in drive-thru so tried to collect inside. Everybody's was late and some guy got half his large family-size meal and which was eventually corrected. Told the young guy and shows him had ordered 12:26pm. He said they are making it now and it only gets made when I select to pick it up - although I did that mins later after paying. Eventually got at 1:15pm. Was fine except tomatoes were horribly cut, like with a butter knife! Sheets of tomato more-like. Might have been given an extra portion of small chips - but it could've been medium box and a small to make my large order of chips. School holidays and was busy and dirty inside customer area. Feel sorry for very young workers, need more staff and or pay. *Additionally, on other weeks, never ever have I not been told to wait in the parking bay to wait for the grill for the Rebel Whoppers to be fired.

I don’t often get HJ’s breakfast, maybe every couple Sunday’s, however every time I make the choice to get a Big Bbq Brekky Wrap I’m always disappointed. Went thru drive thru, ordered, paid and then asked to go park in the waiting bay so I did, waited 15 minutes before going in the store, waiting another 10 minutes for a staff to attend front counter and acknowledge other customers waiting to then find my order had been sitting in a bag and gone cold. Service sucks and hjs going down hill, had similar experience at Banksia grove instead was 45 minutes all up wasted so decided to try Joondalup this time 🤡

Unprofessional and extremely rude staff. Store closed 10 mins early than close timing.I was already in the drive through to order my meal (rushed there after finishing my job)when they slam shut the store.Turned the lights off when i was already saying my order.Girl didn’t even listened to me what i am saying.When i drove to the window to say that its still 10 mins to close,the girl was standing there and she looked at me and ran away. Totally unacceptable behaviour.
