I called KFC on Southwest Drive. To see if the Drive Thru was opened, because the one that I was sitting in front of didn’t answer the phone..
when the Employee answered the phone @ 10:28pm , I said hello Ma’am, what time does your Drive Thru close ? The Employee said 11 click..🤨

It took ten minutes just to get to the speaker, although there were only two cars in front of me. When I finally got there, I was asked to hold. Five minutes later, I get my order taken by what sounded like a zombie. I get around to the second window to pay, and she brings my food to the window then turns to talk to someone. Then she gets napkins and turns again to talk to someone. I finally get the food, and it's basically what I ordered, except that my soft tacos did NOT have extra cheese and the Cool Ranch tacos were soggy. I am VERY disappointed. My receipt says the cashier was Dekandria, but who knows if that's who was working the register?

I gave the guy at the window a $20 and he did not give me my change. I called when I realized this. They never got in touch with me after the counter the register. I'm out $14. Oh well.

Staff at this KFC/Taco Bell are friendly but seem to struggle with customized orders. Several times I've asked for an ingredient to be changed or omitted but receive the standard order. Otherwise, it's clean and the staff are nice.
