We decided to have our twins 3rd birthday here but NEVER AGAIN!! My kids did have fun playing some of the games but when we got there it took over 30 minutes for someone to come out and let us sit down. There was 12 people with us in the party so we were taking up the whole entrance and there was one lady working at the checkout and didn’t even look up to call someone. Yes she was with someone but she could have yelled at someone else to come up there. We ordered 2 XL pizza for our party (size is a joke) they brought it out even though we asked them to wait till we told them to cook it so our kids could play. It was on the table in about 20 minutes. The drinks were WAY overpriced for the size. After eating the pizza we added more time on our card for the kids. About 10 minutes of playing I went to the machine to pause the time so we could do presents for the people In my group that had to leave early. It said it paused but apparently it didn’t. My kids and husband went back to play games and it said it was expired. I went to talk to the manager about it and she acted like I was just trying to get free time. She checked the card and said “see here it shows you didn’t play for 15 minutes” I told her that’s what I am telling you it did not pause my card. She said “what do you want me to do. I can’t give you the time back. I can give you 15 points.” I said just forget it. We will eat our cake then leave. When we were done and went to redeem our tickets it took over 35 minutes with just 1 family in front of us. I was so done at this point. When we were leaving I heard some of the employees greeting people right away and sounding nice and attentive which really made the choice of never going back 100%. I’ll pay extra to go somewhere else!!!!

We had our daughters birthday here today (Saturday March 23rd). They were EXTREMELY busy (go figure since it was a Saturday AND spring break) but every single employee but one was absolutely amazing! Especially Tylana our birthday coordinator! She made it to most stress free birthday ever! My daughters on the spectrum and Ty was amazing with her. She picked her up, played games with her and even accommodated us since our little girl was absolutely terrified of the ticket blaster; but still giving her the chance to gets tickets like the other birthday kids! She also made sure we had everything we needed. I absolutely recommend booking a party here and if you do definitely request Ty!

Will never go here again. Took 30 min to get someone to put us at a table “not busy either”. I ordered the pizza but told them not to cook it until I come let them know so kids can play. The pizza was on our table within 20 min of being there. Ordered wings to take home and it literally took 65min to get them. I had to go up and ask about it and she ran in the back and brought them out. They were cold. But I was already at boiling point so I just left. I will never go back again. Also the manager thinks she is a comedian but sadly she needs to just learn how to talk to ppl

Love this place. Very clean, fast & always a good time. I do believe they should have some type of timeframe on the games. My family and I go frequently but on several occasions have had to wait a long time to play any game or eventually have to leave and give our tokens to someone else because we've waited too long and have to drive back over an hour and a half to home. That gets frustrating.

We bought a summer pass so we have been every week. My son's a bit old but he loves pizza and its something to do. We go during the week so its not been very crowded. Usually there are 2 to 3 other families when we go but a couple of times we had the place to ourselves. This chuck e cheese is very small compared to others.
