Wendy's

We were in the drive thru on May 4th and we had the most ignorant person taking our order. She was very inpatient person. When we drove to pick up our order she gave our drink with a spoon instead of a straw and then she just shut the window and then she ignored our attempt in getting a straw we had to blow our horn and she still ignored us. We stayed there until she came back to the window and she thought we were the next customer in line. I PERSONALLY WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

Horrible experience. The mobile order that was supposed to be ready in 6 min wasn’t ready even in 35 minutes, in addition, the order was not full and they didn’t know how to give me a refund. All workers in the kitchen are not wearing hair nets, which is a must when you are working with the food. Smell is bad.

Google maps says they're open till 1am and so does their store front. I have an uber eats order to pick up and deliver and am patiently waiting in line for the order along with about 6 other vehicles. A smaller girl, assuming an employee, comes out the door and starts aggressively shouting ay the customers in line "We're closed, I dont know why you guys are waiting! We're closed!" I politely let her know that I'm picking up an uber eats order and she shouts back "it doesn't matter! We're closed!" Its unfortunate I had this experience tonight as the crew here tuesday (oct 19th)was very nice and polite around this time. The crew tonight (oct 21, 10:30pm) was quite the opposite and misrepresents the team.
