Very nice and friendly guys there was a lady and two gentlemen inside and we are the chat. They are very friendly hard-working people. I tried to feel different things as you can see from the picture and the food was amazing I would definitely come back if I'm around and I could highly recommend it to anyone.

I ordered special fish and a fritter at lunch time. The fish was crispy and fresh. (bear in mind it was freshly fried) This is my favourite fish and chips shop by far.
I haven't been back for over a year because the woman who has served me has a soured face and unfriendly.
Sandro is now taken over by a new owner. I started coming back here twice this week.
There now have friendly new staff behind the counter.

Simply the best chip shop in Johnstone. Quality of the food is superb. There is a varied menu and there's always plenty of friendly staff working so you never have to wait long.
The special fish supper is amazing, my son loves the chicken nuggets which are made from large pieces of chicken breast. Top marks.

Best chippy by a country mile staff are fantastic with great customer service, the portions are generous and food is always piping hot. When my daughter comes up to visit from England the first request is for a sausage supper from sandro's and I know she has told all her friends and family down south that it's the best chippy ever, I personally love the fish as it's always good thick slices and just the correct amount of batter (excellent batter too I must add). Give it a go you won't be disappointed

There's a reason it's always busy - cos it's the best! Delicious light batter, good solid white fillets, tasty chips n scraps, and their service is like a well-oiled precision machine. Simply great.

The best fish supper in "all the world". Fresh produce crispy batter great chips and you will wait for the fish to be battered and fried right in front of your eyes. Real pity they dont do delivery..Give it a try you will definately not be disappointed.

Best chip shop around anywhere. Fish is amazing. I've never heard anyone complain so surprised to see some of the other negative reviews. Its always the same staff too. We come from Bridge of Weir to use it.
