1908 Draught House

Busy place on a Monday night, no masks and it looked well staffed. Seating yourself was a little odd. I had a different waitress for drinks, ordering, food delivery and refills. Probably due to the fact I had to get their attention each time. The Burger was good and tasted fresh and homemade. Onion rings were the frozen variety. Across the street from my hotel. I'll visit again.

Food was amazing! Service was pretty spot on. Atmosphere was very inviting! They have a great looking patio too. All around pretty nice little place to eat and grab a drink. OH YEAH the drinks.. Let me just tell you now. If you like Mangos try the Mango blast! You will absolutely NOT be dissapointed!! To die for!

Had dinner at this establishment last Wednesday, only to be charged for a ticket that was supposed to be split with the other party I was with. The receipt I authorized for the amount I was supposed to be charged, will verify that. My card was charged for both tickets. How hard is it really to split a ticket for our table that had communicated should be separate, and it wasn’t that busy being a Wednesday night. I called in as soon as they opened the next day after noticing the two charges to my card equaling up to the full amount for our table of two. After being told that they were sorry that happened and that she would explain the situation to the manager and have them call me back with a resolution and as you can guess that didn’t happen. I did not have a pleasant experience here and I wouldn’t recommend it again coming from someone that eats here regularly. To not get a call back and our server not knowing how to split a simple ticket for a table two, two ways is beyond me. It’s not a matter about the money, it’s the principle or receiving extremely poor service, being charged for an amount that I did not authorize, and the lack of follow through for resolution, or receiving a simple phone call back after asking to take my number down for resolution from management.
