Kfc

There is one thing to say about consistency. I have always had finger lickin’ good chicken every time I go here. But when I get take out, every time my order is wrong. But the food is so good even when they give me the wrong thing I eat it all. Good food bad service but I still keep going back for that chicken !🍗 So dam good!

The female who took my order was polite, smiling and patient. The male who made my order was also polite smiling and made sure I had everything, I needed (utensils napkins) asked me if I needed any sauce ( which I did) and when I got home and opened it, it was hot, moist and crispy ( cooked to perfection!) Thank you to KFC for making me and my son's Friday night dinner perfect!

I went through the drive-thru for a quick bite. I ordered the 16-piece bucket value meal. When I got home I opened up both containers that had mac and cheese in them and they both look like the food must have been sitting there since this morning because of how thick and pasty looking. Plus both containers were filled with what looks like somebody already had taking bites out of them and where filled only halfway. This is what $40.00 get you at the KFC on Atwood in Johnston..

Out of Chicken?!! Online it states they close at 11. I pulled up at exactly 9:31 pm The person at the drive-through said welcome to KFC can I take your order I said I’ll have the two piece then she replied we are out of chicken… Umm you think they might focus on more chicken seeing it’s a chicken place. Very odd and ridiculous to hear. You can’t make this stuff up.

When I arrived there was no one there, not even the drive thru. I started to place my order the the manager (assumed) the only one in a red shirt condescendingly told the server he was using the wrong cash register. Ordered a one piece breast meal original, mashed with gravy and coleslaw. I declined the drink so the gentleman offered me an extra biscuit or a cookie. I went with the extra biscuit. The manager picked my order. Went home opened the box and received the chicken, one biscuit, mashed with gravy. No extra biscuit and no coleslaw. I think the manager is on a power trip and he should be paying attention to what he’s doing.
