Kfc

Place closes at 10:00 PM. I was there at 8:30PM. I waited 20 minutes for my order after being told it would be 3 minutes. I watched 4 employees stand around setting chairs on tables and and talking in between. The guy apologized for the wait but went no further. I understand things happen. I took my order and went on home. What I got was not what I ordered. What I got was something no one would order. The chicken was in a puddle of grease and has a weird grainy substance covering it. I am guessing the flavoring they use comes in powder form. I tried to eat it. I was sick within 10 minutes.

Went through the drivethru and Cheryl was working that given day. Not only was she rude and unprofessional, but she mixed up the orders and double charged the order. We had to repeat our order three time and she still did not understand. She confused our two orders with two others. We got to the window and ask them to repeat the order and both Cheryl and the guy at the window got defensive and ignored us for asking for the receipt. I personally didn’t and don’t want a refund, I just want them to do better.
