Every time I go in, the employees are always friendly and welcoming. The smoothies are delicious and fresh, along with the crepes and bowls. Definitely recommend The Hulk, Mama Java, and Blue Rain smoothies. Great to support this local spot if you are in the Tri Cities area! 💜

This location is currently understaffed, so I highly recommend finding another location to visit if you are on a time crunch. I didn't realize that the 11 people in the store with me were also waiting on their orders until I had received mine after a solid 30 minute wait. The 2 staff members who were working did apologize and were polite, so I don't fault them for the way of things.

Some of the best açaí bowls I’ve had, and I’m from California and have had A LOT. Never thought I’d find it tucked away here in the corner of Tennessee.
1. Portion is best I’ve had. For $12 dollar you’d get a skimpy lil cup in any hippy town (looking at you Asheville). First time ever I couldn’t finish a bowl because there just sooo much. Also the amount of topping and smoothie is perfectly balanced.
2. Açaí purée is the perfect consistency. Silky smooth and not lacking in flavor.
3. Topping is absolutely fresh and they are not stingy about the portion either.

The açai and the pataya bowls here are amazing! I love to have healthy options and this place has many. The fresh pressed juice is that only taste great but help me through some health issues. Doing better now and can’t wait to come back and visit again!

I always come here for a fresh smoothie I get the green velvet its sour and tangy I also love their crepes I get strawberries, raspberries and nutella. This is their amazing avacado toast !

It just...wasn't really that good.
The smoothie bowl ($13 for 16oz) was half granola, and the dragonfruit base was less like a smoothie, and more like a...snowball?
