Ihop

Everything was fine..my server seemed to be rushing me without a moment to breath. As soon as my bum touched the seat she was asking me for drink orders. Then 2 mins later she asked for food orders. My God Lady can I have a moment or two..was my thoughts but I simply asked for more time. My food came out rather quickly. I really don't care for the idea of my food plate up against your shirt or arm. I get grossed out easily and anything could fall in my food. I noticed the server also was rushing others when they came in. I never caught her name but she had an accent maybe Russian (don't quote me). I just feel like quick service is great but slow down a bit and stop rushing patrons.

It has been a while since I was at a IHOP. We were traveling this weekend and decided to stop. The food was just ok.... I was thinking they were a little backed up in the kitchen. My omelet was over cooked and the steak was actually hamburger. The service way better than the food.... maybe too many hungry dads today🤷🏾‍♂️

Very sad to have to write this review. But they got roaches. I ordered Breakfast sampler it was fine but then a roach came running on my table and I got up and told my server. He tried to smash it but it ran away. I still payed for my food and tipped probably shouldn't have paid but whatever. Very sad day, very very sad. Ihop got roaches. Please be careful I feel like stuff crawling all over me now. I'm paranoid. This need to be fixed.

The food was very bland. My 82 year old diabetic mother asked for sugar free syrup, the waitress acknowledged the request but never brought the syrup over after about 10 minutes I finally got up myself and asked another server for it and he got it for me quickly. The plastic silverware was as about as cheap as you can get the fork was very disfigured ( you can get better ones from the Dollar store) overall I was very disappointed with the food and the poor service. I will never go back again

Terrible experience. I waited 35mins to have my order bought out to me, at their curbside location. I checked in via the link, but was unable to reach anyone on the posted number, which by the way is the only number for the whole location. I called 7 times over 35mins and was unable to reach anyone. When I finally broke down and entered the location, I found my order sitting on the counter cold. When I asked why it was not bought out to me, I was told by 'Jonathan' (3:05pm on 05/08/2022), that the person "forgot"! This despite that the locations curbside parking places are barely 10 feet from the main doors! I goes without saying that I will not be placing orders from this location ever again and will be informing people in my life about my experiences so they don't have their plans ruined also. If I could give a negative rating I would. Terrible location experience and I not spend my money with this company again.
