The Young Man Barista made a mistake in grinding my coffee, the next day it was no problem with getting a freshly ground bag replacement, i love a place that honors their products.

Went to this location on September 7th and can’t stop talking about the wonderful employees. Sophia is super friendly taking my order. Adam and Eliot makes the best drinks.
My drink is a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso and the 2 previous orders from different locations has been disgusting. But Adam made my drink so delicious that I had to stop myself from drinking the entire thing while waiting for my husband’s drink. Only made it to 3 exits in the LIE before I finished it and wanted to turn around and get another one. I told them that I wish I could take them with me and have them work at the Starbucks by me.

This is the best Starbucks store we have been to. We had a large complex order and the baristas got everything right. Their service was super fast. Most importantly the cashier got my name spelled correctly when the order came out. This will now be our go to Starbucks.

I need my coffee and this place always delivers. The staff is always friendly and ready to go. Even when there’s a long line. Or a lot of online orders they always seem to get me in and out fast. They also have a good breakfast sandwiches if you’re in a rush and don’t have the time to stop at the bagel place.

This experience was really amazing. And the employees were really high energy early in the morning. I even heard one of the workers from this starbucks say out loud, "you guys are doing really amazing, don't stop" I was so moved by her zeal to give great customer service. The business done here was very pleasant, definitely will be coming back here
