This is the worst Mr.Hero I have ever been too. Sandwiches are disgusting and horribly made, absolutely no care when making. I’m never coming back here and telling everyone I know to never come here. Disgusting absolutely appalling.

You spend $50 at this place and they can't even afford to give you 2 bags. So as it's raining I walk out to my car, the bag doesn't even hold up, and everything drops on the ground! I should have walked right back in and threw it all on the counter and told them to remake it but instead I scoop it all backup and throw it in my car bagless! it's ridiculous she didn't want to listen when I asked for vinegar she just shook her head as she was walking away! still didn't give me any friggen vinegar.

On my first order I asked for no mushrooms . Which came with them. Second order I asked it to be hot. It came cold. I also did not a receipt. Customer experience was very bad. Communication between front teller and cook not good at all.

Everything here is too salty and expensive. The little cups of cheese sauce out of a can are too expensive and have no flavor. The gyros are the best thing on the menu.

I stopped by last night at Mr. Hero in Jefferson. I was happy to see a could sit inside to eat. We all had Roman burgers. They were cooked perfect and we were very satisfied. Thank you.

i usually go here and it's great and all but tonight the lady working there wasn't very friendly. nor did she give me cheese with the fries. as i'm writing this i'm eating the wafer fries without cheese. and what's wafer fries without cheese.
