If could put zero I would. Two days in a row this location has completely messed up my order. Today I sent my boyfriend because I'm working to order two salads. The cali Turkey and the cali steak. I wanted them with all the veggies advertised. The girl told my boyfriend that she didnt know what was on them so she gave us two salads with just the meat, cheese, avocado and lettuce. What is that? And then yesterday I had place an online order to be delivered by doordash. I had ordered 1 footlong wheat with steak, bacon, egg and cheese toasted. Nothing else on it. I was delivered a footlong on flatbread with literally just egg. And the sandwhich was cold. I wish i could add pictures because the salad looks terrible there is brown lettuce in it and it's just a disaster. I dont think I'll ever go back.

Absolutely horrible experience the lady is always rude it’s like you are bothering her to make a sandwich. You ask for spinach on your sandwich and you get 4 leaves of spinach. I’d rather make my own sandwich. You think with restaurants struggling she’d be happy she has a job. Ugh. I tried never again.

As the food has gotten more expensive here, the meat portions have gotten smaller, the quality of work has gotten worse, and the overall customer experience and satisfaction has dropped. For example, I paid $8.50 for a foot long tuna sandwich. In the last three visits I've seen it go from 5 scoops to 4 scoops, to now, 3 scoops of tuna. Also, they used to suggestive sell chips, soda, and/or cookies. Now, they ask what kind of sandwich you ordered and tell you what you owe. Thoroughly disappointed.
