Friendly staff, good location. However the food didn't taste that good. The steak was too salty. The lamb kebabs were burnt. Jambalaya combo was also too salty. Hummus and soup of the day were good though. Overall, it's not worth the money (it's 20-30% more expensive). For 8oz steak + 3 Greek Souvlaki(Chicken, lamb and veggie Kebabs) + hummus with pita bread, cost us $168 (with tips $200)!!!. I don't mind paying this amount if the food is good but it's not.

Arrived kind of late into Jasper well after supper time and were treated with an absolutely great experience. The waiter that served us was top notch and made the night just perfect. The staff in the kitchen knocked it out of the park with the steak my Dad had and the pizza that I had. One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. Don't change a thing, you guys have it right.

Extreme disappointment and rude service from the waitress. Was here on Sep/28/2021 around 9:30 p.m. Non busy, no customer inside. We walked in questioned if they are still open for business the waitress said “Yes, we are open!” The whole thing changed directions from here! Waitress Veronica mentioned several times about their high standard for meat lovers (AAA beef) and set an very high expectation for us. When we ordered the 14oz Rib Eye steak, rare and patiently waited. After the dishes comes up I first suspect the steak cut was little thin, but without hesitation immediately taste it. SOURry taste coming from nowhere just punches my tongue like an 60 miles per hour truck, I did not expect an AAA steak would have such aweful taste into my mouth. When the waitress Veronica checked our table about how the food goes I asked her “truth or lie?” She said “Truth.” So I was honest about how unpleasant about the food. She then asked me so I want to switch the steak? Since I am paying $45 for this masterpiece therefore I do not hesitate about my willingness to switch my steak. And the horrible moment begins… From this moment the waitress Veronica switched into a different person and start being very rude and showing her attitude. I mean if you don’t want to switch why asking the question at the beginning? At the end she gave me the bill, removing the steak, and threw down the bill in front of me and said “just tap your card don’t bother to tip”. WOW, out of blue in Alberta or in whole Canada never been experienced with such rude, immature service. Folks looking for good food don’t come here or you will experience sour steak and Veronica’s hell service. Peace. Their Steak problem: 1. Taste blend. 2. Did not sit in room temperature long enough before cooking. Taste very watery. 3. Weird sour Taste. 4 Not tender at all.

So a bunch of us came to Jasper, we didn't realize we didn't make a reso anywhere till 5pm that day. We called around and they were able to fit us in. We show up and the waiter was super friendly, funny and efficient. One friend made a joke how hes "very sneaky sir" like the character from Mr. Deeds. We would order a drink and it was there super quick and barely saw him deliver it. Food arrived quickly especially for such a large people. I ordered the brandy fired cheese which was super cool and tasty. For my main I ordered the salmon. OMG the salmon was so good!!! I could literally eat it all the time. I was so impressed. I will definately be back.

Wanted to give 3 and half but went 3 , they have awesome seating arrangements, staff is very friendly and nice. I loved my host he was able to give me good recommendations for vegetarians options . The reason why I’m giving 3.5 ish is I ordered soup and salad. The soup wasn’t good very cold and soggy pasta, maybe I’m wrong but I would prefer hot soup. Their salad was delicious and so was their main course. It’s a good restaurant for family parties or occasion dine in. I would say try this restaurant if you are in jasper, or love cheesecake, their desserts are must try … cheers
