Hardee's

Staff was so nice and friendly, fries were fresh and the tea was brewed to perfection. Not a lot of chicken choices, but it is primarily a burger joint. The fried chicken sandwich is close to the one at Chick-fil-a, but... only a close second, valiant attempt at a duplicate. I miss eating beef, Hardee's does have excellent burgers but with Alpha-gal allergies it's not a choice any more.

Very slow which I normally would understand during this day and time, but they had a crew full. Very rude, when I say no manners or just simple customer greet I mean none. *opens window - takes cash, gives change, I ask for sauce as she hands drinks , she smirks still saying nothing, wait on food, she hands food and finally through all that she speaks "have a good day " I mean sheesh. Food wasn't too good either.

Usually, I don't have any issues with Hardee's but this time was the exception. We were on our way back home from visiting family, and we stopped here before getting on the highway. Did I mention that this was the day after Christmas? A trip that usually takes roughly 4 1/2 hours, this time it took 7hrs and 17mins! Anyway, we told the cashier what we wanted, at the drive-thru. I even asked her to repeat back to us, our order. I had told her that I didn't want any onions on my burger. So, what do you think happened? Yep, they loaded my burger up with onions. And I don't know if the person who put my burger together has a love affair with mustard and ketchup, but there was an obscene amount of those condiments on my 🍔! I gave this places 3-stars, due to a nasty attitude and an incorrect order.
