Subway

This is the best Subway I've ever visited! The freshest ingredients, you can tell the owners and staff of this restaurant really care about quality. We went in at the busiest time of a work day (lunch time) and were impressed by the efficiency of all the employees. Will absolutely return to this place. The veggie delite rocked!

So I would totally be giving them a 5 star review, if I was talking about the day shift. The evening shift is horrible, they are rude , especially this one guy, he got my sandwich wrong and when I politely asked if I was suppose to get something else on it, knowing I was supposed too. He got mad a threw his hand up when someone else fixed it. Not only that, but the same guy kept getting madder when people went inside. I recommend going in during the day for brunch or lunch, but not during the evening for supper.

Walked in to pick up an online order. Nobody was in line at the store. The manager (I think, male) and another employee literally did not acknowledge me at all. Continued in their own personal conversation. After about 4 minutes, I finally interrupted them myself. My food was actually ready sitting there. If they would have bothered to say hello or anything at all to me, I could have been on my way sooner. Horrible customer service and not the 1st time I have experienced something like that there. Prepare to always wait on them to finish their own personal agendas before serving you, the customer.
