Dairy Queen

Girl employee was very polite despite being super busy in the drive thru. Ice cream blizzards we're great. My wife and mother in-law had grilled chicken salads she said it was skimpy and not worth the price for the quality of what she got. My triple burger combo was great. Fries were ok. Daughter 13 yrs old had a grilled chicken sandwich said it was ok but didn't fill her up. 8 yrs old son said his cheeseburger was ok. My unsweetened tea was ok. This all happened in Jasper the dairy Queen experience in Huntington and Lufkin is usually pretty great. We ended up waiting 40 minutes in Jasper after being asked to pull forward to receive our food in the Drive-Thru. We won't be back to this location anymore.

Yes we went close to closing time to order food. We weren’t the only ones. But this lady was so rude for no reason. Yelling through the speaker at us. This nice young girl tried to tell us about how if we go to their website on our receipt we would get a free ice cream and the older lady started yelling at her telling her not to give us our receipt. Then as we were trying to order our drinks we mistakenly asked for Dr Pepper and she started hollering once again I already told you we don’t have Dr Pepper! We apologized because we meant root beer. All around absolutely dreadful experience. That lady needs an attitude check quickly! Definitely won’t care to come back here ever again in my life. I’ve been treated better by a bear than her.

Ate lunch in the store and ordered a Butterfinger blizzard (receipt said heath blizzard). I asked about the missing blizzard and was able to eat the entire meal before walking up to the counter to demand a refund for the missing blizzard. Miraculously, the blizzard became ready within a minute. The employee was too busy giving free shakes and blizzards to family and friends to serve PAYING customers.

I came for the blizzard butterfinger and also got a hungerbuster and fries. It was good. The Butterfinger blizzard is kinda pricey but everything seems to going up.The fries were excellent. I like them crispy so the oil must have been just right. Been going to Dairy Queen for 40 plus years good fast food.

Just stopped at the DQ in Jasper Texas. The service was great. Very friendly. This was the 1st time in a long time that I got a really good blizzard. It came up over the cup and was just so good. Oh, and employee noticed we were seniors and gave us a discount without us having to ask. Thank u D Q for the employees in Jasper this early Saturday morning and for keeping ur service great during these trying times.
