Bojangles

A great place for breakfast and Dinner. The staff is very friendly and they work hard to get your order done efficiently. The food is standard for the company and consistent. I will remark that the parking lot situation is, especially on Sundays, not ideal. The line frequently wraps all the way out to Camp Road and frequently causes some awkward right-of-way courtesy exchanges. The line does move quickly, however, as the wait is not caused due to the inefficiency of the staff, but simply because of the demand.

This place used to be great. I think the manager left, no matter... it has gone way down hill. Today, we were the only ones in line. Took 10 minutes for the food to be placed in the box. There were TWELVE employees and only the “manager in training” was actually working... everyone else was yucking it up in the back. The chicken legs were the size of a wing (see photo), the rice was mushy, and the biscuits undercooked. On our way out, we noticed they have an 86 for a health score now. Needless to say, we will not return. Such a shame, this place used to be top flight!

This place used to be really good. Today the girl running the drive thru had an attitude and was rude. The Dr. Pepper had no syrup, tasted like carbonated water. And my aunt found a long hair in her food, (she has a pixie cut, so wasn't her hair). They have really gone down. Used to be one of our favorite stops. No more!

The night staff is horrible. I arrived at 7:42PM (01/01/21) and placed my order. Got to the window and was told there wasn't enough fries for my order (hmmm make some, you close at 9). Then they asked me to pull up if I was going to wait (waited for 9 minutes). Still the only one here. Finally brought my order out and he forgot my drink so I asked about it. The gentleman went back in and got it. Came out and I politely said thank you. No response from him. Just turned around and walked back in. My bad that you had to make more fries during your hours of operation. Lucky I gave two stars.

Booming business, since the covid-19. I visit a lot. My family loves their chicken biscuits. All their biscuits are good and I really like you can get them all day long. Can't say much about the rest of the menu. Not too impressed with any other sides- besides the BO rounds. They are really good.l place is always clean and staff is friendly.

First timer - will be back ! Huge line, but moved quickly. We got the #1 and #2 combo (cajun filet and bacon/egg/cheese). When we got to the window to pay, my husband panicked and added on another chicken biscuit and a bo-berry biscuit - can't NOT get a chicken biscuit at a place known for them. The lady was friendly and understanding and quickly edited our order. Food came out fast, hot, fresh and accurate. Cajun filet had nice spice and was a lovely treat. Recommend !
