Taco Bell

We went there before the closing time. The board said that is closed at 10:00 and we got there about 50 minutes early. When we tried to get in, they said they were closed in the most rude way possible. There attitude was really bad and they also were really rude to us. They also let a person out and then immediately closed the door without saying anything to us. We had a family of 8 and we all were hungry. We would definitely not recommend this Taco Bell! We had to stay hungry for another 3 hours.

I’ve had a little bit of trouble one time from this store but my order was replaced and my money was given back to me, I’m thankful for that. I ordered through door dash and they were out of nacho fries, I completely understand that, and they replaced them fiesta potatoes. I actually like those more if I’m going to be honest! Very accommodating and understanding. They fix any issues that you have with them and the employees have always been nice when I go there.

These people absolutely enjoy giving out cold hard food. Every time I order cheesy fiesta potatoes, they are always hard and cold. I don’t understand why they can’t fix people decent food. If you know it isn’t any good then don’t serve it. They really need to get it together. I go inside to ask for some that are freshly cooked and they look at me like I’m stupid. Get some better employees please. This is not okay. When people are spending their hard earned money on food, they want it to be fresh and hot! Period.

First off they told me what I ordered wasn't available because they would have to grill it, and i could only order grilled options if i went to the drive thru, not inside the store. So I ordered the most simple things I coupd so I coupd leave. And then I Waited 45 minutes for this!!! Ordered a party pack of 12 and after 15 minutes, I asked for my money back because it was taking so long and seen they were struggling to keep up with orders. When I asked for my money and I would find somewhere else to eat, I was told by the manager, SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO COME TO THE REGISTER TO GIVE IT BACK, I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT!!! Worse experience EVER at any Taco Bell I have been to! Mind you, I stayed calm through the whole thing, asked mutiple times if it was a good time to get my money back, she kept saying no, I would have to wait. So when 45 minuted came around, I was irritated and wanted my money right then! The guy working the cash register went and made my food for me, and this is still what everyone of them looked like and the whole order was wrong. Never will I be back to this location.

Food was accurately made. Fresh, hot, and delicious. Drive thru line wasn't busy at all and the wait time was really low despite having a decent size order. Ashley was amazing and helpful and very courteous. I will be back and recommend this Taco Bell to anyone who's hungry or want a late night snack.

I know times are hard on the fast food industry these days, but yesterdays visit to this Taco Bell was anything but enjoyable. Not enough employees to man the front register so I had to place my own order, not a big deal but upon locating a seat I encountered a young boy playing some God awful music so loud from his phone with no regard for the paying customers sharing the same lobby. Come to find out the lobby was being used by one of the employees as her day care, it got even worse, the little boy decided he would start watching some videos at the same sound level with language that would make a sailor blush. I will not return to this Taco Bell, but on a good note the food was good as always!

The drive thru was backed up so I went inside. I stood at the counter for several minutes with nobody helping me. There were 7 people I could see in there. Finally, I asked a lady if there was anybody that could take my order. She seemed irritated and just walked to the register and asked what I wanted. I ordered and she said they were out of what I wanted, so I said thank you and left. It was ridiculous that I had to stand there for so long not served just to be told they are out of it! Terrible customer service!
