Order through the app and paid the same way. Staff was courteous and helpful. Food is standard for dunkin' donuts chain but is tasty and quick when in a pinch.

Before the movie we stopped to purchase the black pepper egg sandwich and my vanilla iced coffee it was really raining hard but the girl at the window was a joy and she got us out of the drive thru quickly and had our order right! Thanks Dunkin!

This Dunkin location has the nicest staff. I appreciate them especially since other Dunkin’s don’t have the most cordial or friendly employees. I’ll keep coming back to this one!! Best one in Jax, drinks al and taste good too.

The the smiles are in abundance from the staff and they seem to have a great teamwork atmosphere which is nice to see. Even when having what could another perspective been a rude tone from myself the customer service was at its best and there was such great amount of patience given by the teammembers and to such restraint is a great quality many retail/ resturaunt places lack but not here. The dining room is exceptionally clean and quiet enough to have your own peace if need be . THANK YOU For your quality of service and patience.

My online order didn’t go through for some reason. I didn’t get the alert until I was 5 minutes from picking up the order. The gentleman working the drive thru window was extremely nice, understanding, and helpful. He had my order together and me on my way in no time. The donuts are always delicious at Dunkin’, but the staff at this location knocked it out of the park!

I just have to give a shout out to this location. I’ve been to locations in Orange Park and in Westside but recently am working by this location. I’ve not been for breakfast but the lunch crew and especially the 5:00 crew are the nicest and friendliest crew. From the girl who took my order receipt says Clayton to the girl who made my drink and the one making my food. Over the top service and niceness. I keep coming back because I can’t find service with a smile like this. And my coffe and food was right and tasty.

Whoever owns the Dunkin’ Donuts, please do not under value your staff! I have family across the street at the hospital from this particular location. I had never had a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee up until the past couple of weeks. Not only have I enjoyed daily coffee‘s, but the entire staff are absolute gems. Every single lady that has served me in the drive-through has served it with a smile, and a warm and welcoming personality. That plus the delicious coffee keeps me coming back every day. They all deserve praise and recognition!
