Depends on the location. If it is the Dunkin by Beach and 295, then it was not a good experience when the cashier is on her cellphone and ignores you in the window since the speaker in drive-thur is broken, but there wasn't a sign.
If it was the Dunkin by Bojagees, then that is an excellent location. The young man was polite and quick about my order.

Nice experience after getting some bloodwork done at quest Diagnostics near. Order a everything bagel turkey egg and cheese and a crossiant turkey egg and cheese with seasoned hashbrowns and a coconut milk iced coffee. Had few donuts. They were nice there even mentioned different types of bagels they had for the sandwhiches for I thought they only had plain. The drink was decent, sandwhiches were delicious thought the croissant looked burnt a bit, hashbrowns seemed greasy and dark though still had a good seasoned taste to them. Def come back and try some more items again soon. Like how we can dine in again.

Drive thru barely moved for the 15 minutes it took us to park, order inside, and then leave. Staff inside was not very friendly or helpful. Donuts were yummy though!

I ordered a sandwich with sausage but they gave me bacon. I asked him to fix it and then they pick the bacon off and put sausage on instead of making a new sandwich. That's disgusting. I hate making and didn't want my sandwich to taste like it. Food was cold and so was the coffee.

This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts. Guaranteed to wait in line 15-20 minutes. For coffee! What are they doing in there? It’s not that hard.

The coffee is cold and they seem to always be closed although all the OPEN signs are lit up. Great product but you can’t sell it if you never take the order!

I’ve got bad food from this place several times but this time was unbelievable! 20 minute drive through wait, soggy avacado toast, half frozen wake up wrap, stale awful hash browns. $10 for nothing!

They seemed disorganized. The line moved slower than it should have. They discontinued the salted caramel latte. The sweet tea was okay.
