Panda Express is experiencing a supply shortage so it’s entirely possible that they won’t have what you want to order which is what happened to me, but when a customer settles for something else (broccoli beef) and this is what you get….broccoli with a sprinkle of beef. The staff doesn’t answer the phone and the corporate office doesn’t bother to contact you when you reach out about the experience. Yeah won’t be back

Stopped to get lunch and ended up with an appetizer instead. Quarter of a bowl of rice and three pieces of chicken with a couple of small crunchy pieces that were just breading. What did I pay $8 for??

Food was good as usual, that's the only reason for second star. Janine O. took my order on the drive thru and was very rude and condescending. They rung my order up wrong and when I tried to bring it to her attention she cut me off and said "sir, I know what I'm doing, I'm very good at me job". When I tried again to explain what was wrong she cut me off again and spouted my order back to me. I got the right food somehow, but my receipt had the wrong food on it, as it was rung up wrong. She may be good at her job of handing food out the window but she lacks people skills and that will hurt this restaurant. Customer service is huge with me as well as many consumers. I have no problem never going back to a restaurant no matter how much I love the food, if the customer service is rude

Nasty! Got my food, it’s was luke warm.. the egg roll was cold and hard and there was probably 3 small pieces off beef, hardly no broccoli & a ton of stale rice. It looked like it was sitting for a long time or just reheated. Went back, they made me a “fresh order” the egg roll was burnt, food was JUST warm enough.. didn’t give me any sauce or napkins. Beside that the flavor of the food was bland & the egg roll was literally the WORST I’ve ever had. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Got beef and broccoli gave me enough beef to maybe feed my cat I’m not sure how two entrees is 6 pieces of beef and 14 pieces of broccoli waste of money noodles are dry

Such a long wait inside. We probably waited 30 minutes before getting to the counter. Food was normal.

Quick and helpful service. I went through the drive thru the other day and they advised me their card machine was down and could only accept cash or Venmo. The cashier helped show me how to use Venmo to pay them and my order was done very quickly and correct. Thank you!

Staff is terrible here. And when you ask for help they get offended. Terrible management
