Pizza Hotline

Food was really good. Went here for the first time ever yesterday. The pizza is amazing and deff lives up to its reputation. Mozzarella sticks were good but I like the cheese to pull apart so I probably won't order those again but overall I will go back! They're open late which is great. And the lady was super friendly.

This is the second time ordering here. I love the stuffed cheese bread . Cannot wait to pop the box breathe in the aroma of this Phillie Chresesreak pizza, and snag a slice up and eat it! Did I mention I'm just about to do this at 1:30 am???? Yep, they stay open late ;) Not sure why there are banana peppers on my pizza :( otherwise 5 stars

The pizza we get is always good I have had 2 experiences the last couple times when ordering the pizza is not all the way done in the middle I'm not sure if they was extra busy and rushing or something was wrong ... I will still go again to get pizza but if it's not done the next time I will say something so they are aware but overall they do have great pizza

The absolute best place to go when you're just in the mood for a good old fashioned pizza! Nothing too fancy, there's not even a place to eat at the establishment, and I think that's a good thing! These fine folks care more about the pizza than anything, and trust me when I say that THEY DELIVER! This is my favorite pizza place in Jackson when you just want to pick up a pizza and take it home! Barbecue chicken pizza is TOP NOTCH but for me it's just the simplicity and taste of their cheese and pepperoni pizza that wins me over time and time again! If I want to dress up and have an amazing night out to dinner and get a fantastic tasting pizza while out for the night, sure, Klavons or Slice of Spice are the tickets. But when I want to just have a good old fashioned pizza night at my house, there is none better than Pizza Hotline! They're open super late, and their breadsticks are my daughter's second place in the entire city (behind only The Chase)! Love this place! Plus they had bright walls LONG BEFORE Bright Walls! Kudos to this fine establishment!

Not sure what the hype is about. I ordered from here because of the good reviews-don't be fooled like I was. There were plenty of toppings on my pizza, but the crust was way too crispy, sauce was non existent, topping were dry. High quantity does not equal quality. When I walked in, the two guys working stared at me for a few minutes- as if I was bothering them- before finally giving me my pizza. The ranch I asked for along with the pizza was gross too. Definitely not worth the price I paid. This joint survives, I imagine, because it's the only place in Jackson that is open so late, but if you're looking for pizza at a normal time, there are plenty of places who are much better: Klavons, Hometown, Mancinos, even Jets. Go elsewhere.

If I could give them a zero I would!! I have been getting food from there my whole life!! When I was growing up we lived right down the street from them and ordered food all the time. Well today, we decided to get there Ham n Cheese subs from there, ordered them with no tomato and no lettuce, but with the dressing that comes with them,go pick them up,which I live about 10 miles away now and all 5 of the subs have no dressing! None,they are plain and dry!! Who wants to eat dry ham and cheese subs? What happened to y'all you use to be so good!!

I ordered online 2 hours before they opened the shop. Our food was 1 hour and 20 minutes late and I got someone else's order on top of that, and this was my first time ordering. I have to say the sub bread and the pizza crust was phenomenal! The cheese was great as well, but you need to add more of it. Hope to see improvement because I'm ordering again soon!
