The rudest people.. kept interrupting when we was placing our order.. we ordered 2 drinks but they only charged for one.. and when we said something about it.. the exact response was.. "if it's not on the receipt you never ordered it".. well maybe if you had shut the hell up and listened to the whole order then you would have heard it..

Really nice inside, clean, does a really good job making sure the drive through is fast. Used to have a problem with lack of meat on tacos, but doing better lately.

Took my money and didn’t refund !!
I payed on the mobile app, then went up to the window and they told me they didn’t have nacho fries. That’s fine, I asked what I can get instead of that and the manager screamed in my face with attitude, NOTHING! Never been so disrespected for no reason. Had to follow up with my bank for my money back.

Fast drive through time, nice presentation. Decently made food. One of the best Taco Bells in Jackson.

I went through the drive thru & saw a sign that says “buy $10 worth of gift card, get 2 free crunchy tacos. So I ordered 2 $15 worth of gift cards and they didn’t wanna give me my tacos.. BAD BUSINESS, FALSE ADVERTISING

Food is good and they are nice about editing orders. If you can stomach taco bell then this is one of the better locations to choose from. They are very generous with napkins and sauce packets so don't be afraid to ask

I'll probably never say so many good things about Taco Bell again... but they just killed it. I rolled up in a big truck and the lady at the gas station told me they were understanding. I knocked and the young man wasn't so willing to help at first, when he saw me walking to my rig he ran to the door and stopped me. The manager took my order at the door, she was able to recite the menu and answer questions, then she even gave me my total (accurate within a few cents), and my food was done SUPER FAST. They did say they need to be able to see the truck so they know it's really a truck driver that can't fit the drive thru, mine was next door. Thank You Taco Bell!!!
