Clean store. My order was made fresh and my brownie was heated up before being put in my Sunday. Service was great and the ice cream was delicious.

If you're in the mood for ice cream, what better place right? Fast service, fresh waffle cones and nice presentation.

The store did not appear clean. The employee or owner’s version of two scoop ice cream was stingy. I would have been better off to get a pint. Two very little scoops 6 dollars. Very disappointed with this store on Vann Drive.

If you like waffle cones, do yourself a favor and stop here, heck, even if you don't stop here and get a cone. I'm not normally an ice-cream cone fan, but I am when I'm in Jackson. SO DELICIOUS. I swear, there's something about this store. It's always good, regardless of when we go for a visit. The ice-cream is always super cold, but soft enough to use a spoon, and the cones....man, I could go on about these cones for a long time. Definitely recommending this place.
Also, if you're looking for certified Kosher places, there's a sign in the window of one of the freezers that states all of the ice-creams are, in fact, Kosher, unless they have the mini marshmallows (rocky road).

Make sure you get there at least an hour and a half before they close. They had already removed all the cones, all the toppings, and nearly 2/3 of the ice cream from the front and were in the process of removing the rest 45 minutes prior to closing on a Friday night. In other words, they had nothing available.

It's my wife's favorite.

Owner let my husband go through the store to use the restroom. When I tried to do the same, he said the restroom was for paying customers only and refused to let me go. We are currently sitting in the steak n shake parking lot enjoying higher quality ice cream than we would’ve gotten there anyway.
