Burger King

Ian got this hot in a while y'all. So I'll start off with the good stuff. Workers was nice and the line was fast. The fries were cooked correct which is rare and the mozzetta sticks was real good but. The whopper I received had so much mayonnaise it was wasting out the bag and stain the seats on my rental car. I got hit with a 500 dolla cleaning fee. I got to the house I had to wash the patty off and get a whole new bun from the kitchen just to redo the mayonnaise right. that ain't all I fed the bun to my dog precious and it made such a mess I slipped and fell when I walked past where she ate it. The disrespect is painful on this one.

It's convenient, so I will go here for a quick meal after work, when I don't feel like cooking. Most times, there is a wait because they are trying to beat the drive-thru clock 🤦🏾‍♀️ they will always ask you to pull up. It's crazy! Sometimes the food is good, but it's a 50/50 chance of it being good tho! You never know! They could work on customer service. I can see why the workers need help with this, the supervisor does too. I ordered my son a happy meal and I had to ask for his beverage and fries, instead of taking responsibility for not giving me that, the supervisor seemed frustrated. That's not nice, since it wasn't my fault! But oh well!

This establishment is always quick with their service. I have hardly ever had to spend a long time waiting in line. The employee's could use some retraining on their customer service at times, but they are not too bad. The food is always fresh and hot. If you do have to wait for something to be served, they will provide you with a complimentary drink for your wait. This is an awesome way to let your customers know they are appreciated and valued.Therefore, they get a high rating from me! Keep up the good work guys!!
