Never had a problem at this location yet. I usually order online and go through the drive thru. My orders have been correct, hot, and taste good. Also download the app to get offers and deals if you think its too expensive. I got 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries for 6 dollars the other day.

Depending on the time of day, the staff can be super friendly or just very sour. True for any fast food joint, but meh. It's something to say. My order has been wrong here only once and it was easily corrected, so props to the team for getting things right.

I should give a three star rating because they got none of my order correct. However, it was the customer service and sheer desire to make things right that bumps this up to a four star rating. I ordered a meal and got someone else's (had to drive back and go through a storm because I was overcharged as well) and they corrected everything. I was even given a full refund. John was incredibly helpful and Cheyenne was eager to make things right. I will definitely stop at this Burger King again because I know if something goes wrong, it will be fixed in a timely, respectful manner.
