They made a good cappuccino, compared to other local coffee shops. Prices are about the same as elsewhere, but there's the convenience of placing mobile orders. Lately, the store on the Commons in Ithaca has upped their customer service by being more personable and friendly. It's my regular to-go for lunchtime coffee orders.

Definitely a busy location but wait time is average for any Starbucks. They could use more indoor seating at this location.

My coffees are always made in a decent amount of time and taste as good as I would expect them. But... that boarded up window has been there for quite a while and it just bothers me... What's the deal?

I'm not sure what experiences everyone had that they didn't like the customer service, but I felt the need to say that every time I have been here, even just through the drive through, the staff has been extraordinarily kind and friendly. It's very hard to be able to build a rapport through a drive through, but I've had it every time I visit.
I really love this place. Love the staff and service, and love the drinks. They're incredibly accommodating.

The employees at this Starbucks location are extremely hardworking, considerate, and friendly. Clearly, they are understaffed, but the drive-thru was still pretty quick. I give this location 4 stars because the quality of the drinks/food is inconsistent.

We finally have a Drive-thru Starbucks in Ithaca! They are awesome! 10/10 the nicest people EVERY time (if I'm being honest that's almost every day 😳😬🤣). My order is also always perfection! *chefs kiss* Thank you baristas for making our every day life a little more do-able. 💕
