Bickering Twins

This is a review of a shell steak. I cannot get it out of my head. The meat is marinated and tender and super fresh. It's cooked to perfection. It comes with this extremely garlicky lime sauce that is absolutely the best thing I've ever tasted, and compliments it all perfectly. I will go back to this place and forgive any other flaw to have another one of those shell steaks. Our wait time was long (forgivable, they were very busy.) Our table was a little cramped. You have to pay for the first round of chips (though it seems like all subsequent refills are free.) But that shell steak was so good that it negates what would've otherwise been a four star review. They also had a fantastic drink selection and their cold bar was great. The pickled onions in particular are worth the walk up there alone. But holy cow, the quality of that steak just sets this place apart so much for me. I'll be back many times over for that alone.

Great food, fun & friendly service! The ambiance was fine - either in the comfortable downstairs dining room & bar, or out in the open air on the sidewalk. Amazing take on ceviche and so nice to have tasting flights of very smooth tequila! My wife tried the eggplant smothered in avocados; I had a hearty steak salad. Lots of fun hot sauces and pickled veggies as a condiment bar. Enthusiastic young waiter - wish we could recall his name; he was a real asset to the restaurant.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we had a blast! The food was delicious and the service/ staff members were incredible! We had delicious cocktails made by Brianna and Jaffre at the bar, who both had fun and inviting personalities. Mark C was our waiter and he had great recommendations. Despite being busy, he was very attentive to our many dietary needs and was clearly extremely knowledgable with the menu while answering our many questions. We are already looking forward to our next meal at Bickering Twins Restaurant!!

This was one of the best dining experiences we have experienced this week in Ithaca. The food was amazing and the service even better. Our party of three sat at the bar to take in the atmosphere and watch the unique cocktails being mixed. Brianna provided exceptional service and we learned she pulled a double and was the prep cook that morning. The sauces she made were so fresh and delish! Recommend Bickering Twins without hesitation.

Absolutely loved this place. My husband had the mango-rota with a chili salted rim and it was unreal. I had a house margarita and it was strong and to the point! We both tried different tacos and they were incredible. Highly recommend the Mahi Mahi taco and the Garlic Shrimp taco. Will definitely come here again!!

We loved it. Went 2x in one week. The skirt steak was tender and cooked perfectly. I had never had a green sauce like the one they used on the steak. Wow, just a little spice, a little citrus. The next time I had the lamb. Moist and subtle flavors. All the dishes we had like the tacos with shrimp are prepared in a unique and refreshing style. Our servers were spot on and they knew how the dishes were prepared. The twins know what they are doing. Next time we are in town, we are going back.

Really great food! The place was so busy when we came in. We needed to sit at the bar while we waited for a table to open up for 20 minutes. They served us drinks at the bar and then we moved to the table to have chips and guacamole with the chicken quesadilla and two of the tacos pablanos. Overall a large of amount of food that was perfectly flavored. The staff was very nice and the seating was perfect. Hope this helps!
