Excellent Italian restaurant. You know you're in a legit Italian restaurant when you see the old Italians sitting at the bar hanging out at 5pm. The service was impecabble and the food delicious. I had the beef shank special I think it was called osso bucco. The meat was fall off the bone tender and the sauce you can tell has been stewing, building up in flavor for hours. The spinach was delicious and garlicky. The pasta perfectly done. The other highlight for me was the grilled octopus. Nice char and flavor. The tirsmisu was also some of the best I've ever had. Can't go wrong here.

I'm from NY and have had Italian food made by Nonnas in their home kitchen, and DeMarcos reminded me of that. Simple food done extremely well makes for a fantastic meal. Greeted with a smile, seated immediately and, because they had a large group coming in, they moved our table so we wouldn't get crowded. Small touch but very nice. Mario, our server, was smiling and happy and is an asset to the place. Made us feel like family. We shared the sausage and vongole al forno (baked clams) appetizer. Outstanding. The sausage was light and the sauce amazing. The clams were buttery and briny and Yum. I had Veal Parmigiano, and Mom had Chicken Francese. Both were to die for. Veal was tender, great sauce, and gooey mozzarella. Moms chicken was lemony and fork tender. Tiramisu for me, lemon sorbet for Mom and an espresso to top it off. Here's the Breakdown: Fantastic food with great service from Mario get +5,000 stars. Google only lets you give 5 stars -- Eat here -- you will not regret it. I will go back over and over.

So my husband and I were in Itsaca (I think I spelled that wrong) for a Marketplace pick up, and it being 5 at night, I was hungry and we spotted DeMarcos, my husband said you want to go there? I agreed and we went. Immediately the hostess was a tall bald guy who was delightful, and sweet, we told him we never been in this area before and he thanked us for coming and sat us, our waiter Mario was funny and very informative with almost everything because again we never have been here before, we got three appetizers because why not? The mussels in marinara sauce were tasty and fresh, the bruschetta was just beautiful as I never had it before, and the calamari was amazing, tender and not full of batter. Also wanted to add that there “bread basket” was freaking delicious, they put fresh garlic in the butter which melted with the warm bread. And through all of this the staff were on top of it, making sure our waters were full and our table was clear when we were finished. So our entrees were amazing. My husband got the veal in a sage sauce, it was tender and full of flavor. I got the linguine and clams in a white sauce and the pasta was homemade and the sauce was FULL of FRESH cut garlic, I was obsessed! I will 10/10 recommend to anyone and make the 35 minute drive from aurora to try different items on their menus ! I forgot to take a pic of our entrees because i was ready to max

I liked this restaurant. Servers are cheerful and knowledgeable, make you feel like you are in a five star restaurant for sure. Food selection is great. They serve a 3 course dinner with Italian bread and wines. The music is relaxing, kind of makes you remember your last trip to Italy. I will definitely go back there when in the area.
