Starbucks

I ordered my drink online for pickup inside. The app said it would be 15 minutes. After five minutes, it was ready! Upon entering, I immediately saw the sign stating where to pick up. As a traveler, I am glad I didn't have to look around to find the pick-up location. The staff was very friendly. They greeted me upon entering and leaving. They also verified I was picking up the correct order. Personally, I LOVED that. I've had someone take my drink before, and by the staff double-checking, it left me feeling at peace. If I am ever back in the area, I will DEFINITELY be back!

I’m a Starbucks loyal customer and have been to hundreds of locations, but this is by far one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to. The staff is exceptional!! Kudos to Samara and her fantastic customer service and professionalism as she made sure that my experience was great!! I would go back in a heartbeat if I visit the keys again in the foreseeable future!

Maybe it's just because I was down in the Florida Keys at the time, but there's something about the Starbucks that stands out from the rest. The folks that worked here were super friendly and fast. Our coffee and baked goods were fantastic. We've been here quite a few times when visiting Islamorada and we will definitely be back!

This one doesn't have a drive through. Maybe that is why it is so clean and pleasant. Not frantic at all. Also the cleaning crew come by frequently, the place is so clean. The people working here are very cool. I love the multitude of cultures in the staff. Particularly the manager: she is very proud of her position and her work. It has the BEST outdoor seating....partly because it's adjacent to a lovely hotel. The light in here is so gentle and relaxing..
