Waited over 10 minutes to be seated on a Sunday afternoon that wasn't busy. Hostess was rude.
Only saw my server when she took my order, brought my order and brought my check. Food wasn't hot. Bathroom was nasty. The paper towel despenser was empty. Management will respond to this post with an apology I'm sure. I will return in a few days and can probably guarantee that my next experience will be no better.
Management called me. Discussed my concerns and invited me back. I came in the same time period the following Sunday. James the manager was very nice, addressed my issues. Had a great meal and a very pleasant time. I could see the steps James had made immediately upon arrival. So I know he is professional about his job and I thank him for it.

Meet some friends here. although we have been to other hooters in the past this one actually was was a new spot for us and turned out very confy. staff awesome, atmosphere nice, food and drinks delicious 😋

Excellent service and fresh food. Our server Kas was a sweetheart. She made sure we were taken care of. Even though they looked like they were understaffed and turnaround time was a little longer - but even then Kas had a smile on her face. 💯

Let me just say if you ever stop at this one to eat you are asking for HORRIBLE service! This was my second time because the first i went it was ok but still bad for the prices of the food .. i was served over cooked shrimp twice at 12.99 please look at the pictures of this food look at the fries literally scraps. Poor management and the bartender show men more attention she could see that this food did not look it’s best .. this is horrible

Terrible service. Bartender had to go get the server because she noticed we hadn’t been helped yet. Came by after 15 minutes to get a drink order. Had to ask for a menu. Bartender delivered the drink. Took the waitress 45 minutes to ask for a food order. Good job, bartender. I will never go back because of the waitress.

My family came to celebrate a birthday today. We initially had some concerns but they were quickly addressed by the manager. Him and the rest of the staff took great care of us and made the rest of our night absolutely lovely!

I love coming to Hooter's, every year I bring my family (20+) to celebrate my birthday every year and they never disappoint. Normally its to the downtown Dallas one. This Irving location is always short staffed and never want to take over 6 people. They say it will be a 1 hour wait. We Normally order the 50 pcs wings with fries..nothing to difficult.

Our server was good. The kitchen was the problem, it took about 25 mins for a salad, side of cheese fries and 10 bone in wings. The fries tasted like they had been put in microwave and had an odd taste to them, we sent those back. Manager was a bit defensive. The restaurant is DIRTY, from the floors, to walls, bathroom. Try to avoid this Hooters.
