Chicken Express Irving

I have had bad experiences here before but always willing to give another chance. Asked for 8 pc mixed chicken ... I was told it would take 20 min to get breast. So I waited the 20 minutes. I got home it was just thighs and legs; no white meat, which is why I waited. The meat that I got was way too greasy. One leg was totally dry like a piece of wood. Out of eight pieces, I still have five pieces left. I bought a gallon of unsweetened tea... we drank half of it for a late dinner and the next day (lunch) it was very bad. Usually lasts a week. The only things we enjoyed was the sides: mashed potatoes, corn on the cob , and the fruit pies. It wasn't worth the money or the time. I suggest if they say that it will take extra time to get what you want.... don't wait, just drive away. Take the time and check your order, at the window or at the counter, if you dare.

I have eaten this is Chicken Express for a couple years now and it seems to only be getting worse. Today my fish was cold my okra was cold and the chicken was tough and dry. The only thing good I got today were hush puppies and sweet tea and it's very disappointing that the manager won't even take my call at the store.

I love chicken express However This store was filthy When I asked 2 employees for a rag to clean my own table because it had food stuck on it The mentally challenged employee told the second guy where to find a wet rag When the other guy handed it to me The mentally challenged guy yelled at me You should be patient . They had no idea that I am a level 6 Google guide and his disrespect earned him this review Honestly He was the reason I got the rag However I had already paid for food so I was a paying client Should have never been told I needed to be patient when I volunteered to wipe down my own table because they was busy and he was the guy who was supposed to be cleaning tables and he was in the lobby on break Not my fault his tables where all dirty while he took a break and surely not my fault the first person I asked just plain ignored me after she saw me and heard me ask for a rag to clean my table She kept working and just plumb ignored me the second guy did the same thing till I asked him louder and more blunt . My biscuit was rock hard and cold Chicken was hot but we waited nearly 20 minutes for 5 pieces of chicken So directly to the mentally challenged employee who made his comment . If you think I would pay you to eat at your restaurant and not want a clean table to sit at regardless of your challenge . During covid 19 break outs all over the country and nasty food stuck to the surface of table I hope you realize this is what you get in return You get told on . Sorry I have 30000 views a year of my reviews . I hope you realize they all agree with me and your break to eat was acceptable Your busy restaurant was even acceptable Your disresptful Co workers and your abrasive attitude was NOT ACCEPTABLE GET ANOTHER JOB IF YOU THINK I NEED THE PATIENCE .
