Dont come this place ever, employees here are rude and they will fill you with peppers.. and hard/stale breads

very Rude staff, Ordered online and went for pick up. they did not have chicken so they did not made the order. I am ok with not making the order. The staff refuse to cancel the order and replied angrily and said "get out of my store". very bad store

this person who made my sandwich was very kind and patient and attended me with great attention to my ingredients for the sandwich and asked me if I wanted a drink and a snack.

Saddest steak and cheese I have ever seen. Employees complaining the whole time about some other employee who was not there. I don't think they had enough steak out for a foot long but that is what I ordered so they just used a 6 inch amount of meat in to a foot long and charged me full price. Measuring cup for meat was maybe half full :( Not even any lids to get ranch to go so I had to have it put on before I left. I was definitely a secondary concern to the 2 employees. They were more concerned with complaining about some other person and didn't really seem to care. Store was empty and at least they were efficient but I won't be back to this location.

I will never come to this location again ! The young lady with the long nails is always rude. Me and my husband have came several times after 8:00 pm and she will have the lights off and dim as if they are closed. This is the closest subway so it’s convenient but after the few interactions I will from now on go out my way to drive to another subway. Customer service is terrible here ! The owners need to someone pop in after 8 pm to see how they are running their business down.

First... They are a non-participating location so don't try to use a coupon. As a franchise, they have the right I guess. However, when I balked and asked to speak to a manager, they pointed to a girl who appeared to be too young to vote let alone manage a staff or business. When they completed my transaction, they threw my receipt on the floor and facetiously said "Whoops..." The food was as expected but there is another location in the area where employees may be indifferent, not rude, and they do take coupons and yet another where they are nice and take them. It may be more out of the way, but well worth it if this is the treatment to expect here.
