Wendy's

Nice people. It’s always something. I promise to God! Always forget something never could get fresh fresh breakfast. I’m just good. Yes this is personal. As a person who wants good food it’s not possible and we are in a traffic spot. Do you get it. Customer service is everything but so is my food. You get it. I thought so! I pay my money. I work for you come and get poor service in food. I will spend my money elsewhere. Have a good day training on food service. It’s badly needed!

I have photos attached for proof. An hour ago 12:01 a.m. I went to Wendy's and ordered 2 Dave's doubles, (mine) with Mayo, cheese, lettuce, & tomatoe only (see photos). I ask for my receipt, and the lady taking my payment asks "what you don't trust me?" I tell her it's not you necessarily that I don't trust her, I don't even know you to say that, but that I always ask for a receipt just incase something is wrong. Once I make it home and get my food out, I notice my burger is incorrect (see attached photos). I call the store to let them know, and the lady I spoke with says I can come back to have it fixed. I say no due to travel time and it's late, but they can do it another time. She says she will leave a note, and I then ask who I was speaking with. It just so happens to be the lady that I had the encounter with at the window. I tell her "Do you now understand why I get my receipts?" With no attitude by the way, & she then gives me a smart remark about how she is not going to argue with me about a receipt and etc, and that I can bring the food back to get it fixed. She is literally the person that started the whole issue after I asked a simple question, but when I call them out on it, all of a sudden I am the problem? Horrible customer service is what that is! I do have her name, but will leave it out here.

I am at this Wendy’s for DoorDash and the workers inside look like they are giving maybe 10% effort. I have been here for 45 minutes in the drive thru line. The workers are walking around very slow, one of them is just standing there eating fries, and I had to sit at the menu for 15 minutes. I pulled up to the menu and they said “we’re understaffed, please wait a moment” and then made me wait for 15. Horrible service all around

This Wendy’s really suck they have the crappiest customer service and slow as ever but it’s close to home so I settle once every four months or so 💀 However if you go when Ari and Jay is on the clock - at least you’ll get treated like a human and HOT food delivered instead of a worker that wants to fight the customers because she’s stuck on a clock.😭 :( Thanks Ari & Jay for being great workers in the drive thru line. It’s truly appreciated!!!

This was the worst food experience ever. This was my breakfast this morning. I took one bite n threw up. I pulled my sandwich apart n this was the worst disgusting experience. The sad part I was in the drive through at 7:10am. This was not prepared fresh it looks like day old food. The menu didn't work and haven't been working for weeks so I really didn't know what to order. This establishment needs to be shut down. They never have customers n when you do they serve old rotten food. I hope they get shut down They might have rats n roaches too. I'm very disappointed. Wasted my money n time. Don't eat there your food will not be good or fresh. Share this review!
