You know, it is hard to go wrong with Subway. Good fresh food and this location definitely had some experienced help who were friendly and quick to help out. Sandwiches made and toasted to perfection, can't ask for better than that. If you like Subway this store is one that will do you right.
Ate in and tables were clean, floors were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location as well. Will be back here.

This is the worst subway in irving. I stood and waited in line for like 15 minutes, then I placed my order with the app while standing in line, thinking it would speed up the process. To my surprise, the next customer was helped and I'm still waiting for my food after the customer behind me ordered there food and left the store. Very bad service😳
Update: Three years later and Still the worst subway in Irving. I’m arguing with the guy that I wanted to order a melt but they don’t have the right paper to prepare a melt and the guy is arguing with me that because it had three times the cheese, it’s a melt. Incorrect Sir…. It’s just a steak toasted with extra cheese. He needs training. He’s charging me for a melt that was just a regular toasted sub. Please corporate look into this, it’s clear to see that this store wasn’t properly trained on how a melt is prepared

I ordered 6” steak and cheese there, they put the small meat on it and I think it is not acceptable as a good portion for 6” sandwich!

Sandwich was nicely made with assorted veggies of choice. Staff was friendly, clean location and service was fast. Went to this location Thinking that they would carry soup, but NO. The other complaint is about applying a coupon i received at my home to the order. The guy just passed saying due to covid we are not applying any coupons at this location and said they increased the prices. That was rediculous. Except that everything was fine. All the veggies, meats, cheese was covered properly. This location carry veggie patty in the isle.

On spot with all my sandwiches at this location.... Buuuuut I have yet to find a Subway around here that offers Pastrami!?!?!?!????? What's up with all the Subways around here with no Pastrami? Tell your franchise owner to add Pastrami LOL. Thx-Thx!

Do not order catering packages from this Subway! I ordered two sandwich platters for a work event. The first platter was made correctly with mayo and mustard packets on the side. The second platter, had the packets on the side but they also put it on the sandwiches. By the time I served them they were soggy and gross. I called the store to let them know and was told no one was in that I could talk to. So, I called Subway Catering Customer Service to ask if someone can reach out to me. No one ever did but I got an email back from Subway Customer Service stating the franchise owner is denying making the sandwich platter wrong. He should have atleast had the decency to call me back personally.
