To be clear up front on the cost, we like extras. :-) our only complaint at all was, one side of my wifes bread got soggy. The bread is thick enough though, she picked off the soggy parts to get to the sweet meat and onions. We got the Philly and a create your own. I recommend extra cheese and bacon as extras to add to your sandwich.

If I could rate this place no stars I would. I'm sure in this case it was a staffing issue because the food seems good. But last week on the 23rd of May I called up here to place an order but got no response, they only picked up the phone just to hang up on me. I drive up there thinking it was gonna be busy but there was only one other group of customers so I didn't know why they couldn't pick up the phone to receive orders. I place my order and ask for the founders favorite and ask for jalapenos and bacon on it thinking that I'd have to pay for the add ons, but i'm told that it already comes with jalapenos and I'd only have to pay for the bacon. So I order that, some fries and my girlfriend orders the south philly and i'm on my way home. Once I arrive home and get ready to eat I noticed that my cheesesteak has no jalapenos, no bacon, which I paid extra for, and none of the house made mustard sauce that comes with the sandwich on it! I try calling back but got no response of course. I just had a sandwich with only steak, mushrooms and onions. It was my first time at this restaurant franchise so I wanted to like it but at this point I think i'll stick with charley's cheesesteaks that are normally at mall food courts.

Good stop if you love doughy bread stuffed with different meats and/or veggies and then you can cover them with their sauces. I had the grilled veggie cheesesteak and it tasted okay. I would have preferred the cherry peppers pit on top to have a nice flavor, I had to take them off. We also had the queso fries which are waffle fries served with a simple queso dipping sauce. If you dont like heavy doughy sandwiches this is not the place for you.
