Very Pleasant experience, after we paid for the food I went to the car to grab something and the manager came to the car and brought us our food and thought we were leaving without it.

Flame broiler is a really good franchise, and this location is the best flame broiler. The owners really care about delivering the best possible meal to their customers. I pass other flame broilers on my way from work to go to this one because it’s the best.

I love me some flame broiler. Healthy food you get white chicken with rice and their magic sauce is wonderful when you want to eat healthy this is a great spot

I been going to this place for last 2 years but for the past 1 year its amazing the chef also cashier i think his name is antonio is very amazing very friendly and when he cooks my tofu its amazing this is the only reason why i come to this restaurant and also recomended my co workers also. I think is the owner very friendly.. good food good customer service .. RECOMEND 100%
also this man i think hes the owner very friendly i been coming i since my friend KAREN told me about this plance ... KEEP DOING A GREAT JOB...:)

Impressed with the quality of the meat, and food here, especially for a fast, casual restaurant. As for the place, the eating area is clean, and simple, but I assume most patrons are here for the premium fast food, and that is spot on. Good job guys!

A favorite place my family loves to stop at for a nice lunch or dinner is the Flame Broiler at Los Olivos Center in Irvine, where we feel relaxed and enjoy good food. We like the consistency and delicacy of their cooking very much. Mr. Sid, the business owner, and Ms. Louisa, who takes our orders, are really charming and wonderful. They greet us warmly, they are cheerful and friendly. We have great respect for them and appreciate their enthusiasm. Their presence makes our lunch or dinner very enjoyable.

This place is awesome. I used to eat 3 steaks a day and their tofu dish fills me up pretty nicely. high quality

I like to call ahead because then as soon as I get there, my food is all ready :) they never mess up my order and are always super fast. I prefer this flame broiler over others. The customer service is full. The restroom is also really clean here. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

Went here before a concert at Irvine Meadows... seemed like most customers at that time were doing the same. They were efficient, friendly, & the food was good, just like all the other locations I've been to. This place was even newer & more clean than most
