Subway

Last time I went here was about a year ago. Very unfriendly staff, work area was not exactly clean and the woman making the sandwich, a veggie sub wanted to argue about exactly how much and what kinds of condiments and amounts of vegetables went on that particular sandwich, not the way I wanted it. I wanted to omit some vegetables. Never had this happen to me in 30 years at any Subway. I just walked out . Went to Publix next door. Way better all the way.

Came 1 hour before closing and the door was locked, lights on, not an employee in sight. An employee from Papa John's came out and told me she had and another employee there had been trying to get Food for an hour and couldn't get anyone to open the door or answer the phone. They witnessed 6 customers come and leave, unserviced. I witnessed 3 customers myself. I did see the employee come out from the back at one point. She was cleaning up. I am very disappointed. This was my favorite Subway store. Last day I could use my coupon.

Showed up 10-24-2020 at 9:45 am. Store opens at 9. The one lady working had nothing out and looked at me like why I am here. After ignoring me for 10 minutes and realizing she had nothing even prepared to make subs I walked out. If you’re the manager then manage, she needs to go. I live right around the corner and will never be back.

I went to this Subway location this past Friday and I ordered a footlong BLT and he put three slices of bacon on my sandwich. I told him that a foot long has more than three strips of bacon and he said a foot long has only three slices. I told him to cancel my order and I did not want the BLT because I know that a footlong BLT comes with more than three slices on bacon. I went to another Subway location and was satisfied after I placed and received my order.

I wish I could post pictures of how bad the toppings look. I ordered a tuna sandwich on whole wheat. The tomatoes looked as though they were cut 2 weeks ago, the spinach was dry and wilted. The lettuce was brown, the cucumber was dried out. Everything on that line needed to be thrown away and made fresh. When I asked the worker for fresh toppings I was told " that is what we have sorry". Needless to say I did not want to risk my health by eating their obviously out dated food so I left. Whomever owns this store needs to stay up on things like or business will surely suffer. You can't cut corners in business
