Every time I go through the drive thru there I ask for no tomato as I am ALLERGIC! I always get it put in my burrito. When I get home I find out and call the shop and they NEVER ANSWER! I leave a message and NEVER get a call back. I never get compensated for the burrito I can’t eat and it never improves. They are lucky I can’t afford to sue them for the health issues they cause me every time I go! This location is an embarrassment to the company and embarrassment to the hospo industry. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Edit: they always reply asking me to email them but I have twice before and they never sort it out. I’ve left a message, why don’t they just call me back? Poor management

You need to remove yourself from Doordash if you are going to ignore food orders for 2hrs.... Ordered at 6pm, eventually after multiple drivers leaving though your terrible service, had a driver have to go through the order with you and finally deliver my food at 8.30pm. When husband called your store staff member was extremely rude and had no care that we had been waiting 2hrs. Terrible service!

Very polite staff and super quick service! The cleanliness of this store is outstanding. The food is always mouth watering but with a pleasant flavour. The staff always friendly and always explain what ingredients are free and what is charged. If I could replace the star system with power burritos, this store would get five burritos!
