Sofia's Breakfast And Lunch

We came to Ipswich for a little weekend getaway, and our first stop was to Sofia's for breakfast. We chose Sofia's based on Google reviews and were very pleased with our choice. Several tables of regulars, which I always take as a good sign. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was terrific. Portions were very generous and prices were good. I would definitely come again for breakfast or to try lunch.

I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich for pickup and when I arrived I was told it was only cash, an understandable mistake and I was ready to leave. The woman proceeded to humiliate me in front of the restaurant saying how can you come to a restaurant with no cash and expect to pay with card. It’s 2022, most people don’t carry cash and almost all establishments take cards. I left the two dollars I had in my wallet and I will never be coming back again. Awful customer service.

Sofia's is a favorite for us for breakfast AND lunch . the owner, Sofia is a talented and personable person who has been consistently customer focused person who has successfully kept her place going during the struggle to operate in the Covid crisis. we love her talents and recipes as well as her treatment of her customers young and old.

First time here and I am a customer for life. The 1st thing I noticed is how much space they have and they even had a breakfast counter with stools. This place is kept so clean, unlike any diner I've been to. I'm not sure you can call it a diner. Staff was so friendly and the order came out quick. The eggs Benedict are among the best I ever had. Love the home fries that came with. Had a parking spot right in front but there's plenty of parking in back. I know Sofia's has been here for a long time and I hope it continues to bring in more first timers to support it.
