Nice location in Ipswich and a lovely atmosphere and very polite and friendly staff. The sofa was a nice place to sit and people watch.
Probably one of my favourite Neros. The interior is lovely and is always kept clean, pretty sure it's a grade listed building too. Never had an issue with getting food or a drink.
Shoutout to Blake the sweetest of baristas who was super accommodating with our awkward coffee requests and drew a cat in my latte!!

Great Coffee, always pop in before work to get myself a nice Coffee to take out, taste is really good and doesn't taste burn at all, what makes me wonder what the other Cafe Nero is doing down the other side of town, as I have been there 4 times and everytime the Coffee tasted awful but this Nero it has always had a great taste.
Food and drinks are lovely, and the staff is welcoming and happy. Good atmosphere. Accepting vouchers for three £1 coffee. The only negative thing is toilet, located upstairs and locked, so you have to ask for a key before climbing …
