Good local for beer. We called in for a pint and something to eat but they don't serve food now. However we had good banter with the locals and the barman so would have stayed all night if we had already eaten .

Nice local pub with friendly staff and friendly local people. Strongly recommend the fortnightly quiz nights as the quiz master is definitely one of the best and the format is excellent.

The service is efficient and the food is fairly priced and lovely for the price ..
I would recomend the minted lamb and the roast to any hungry customer..
And the barley mo pale ale is very moreish.. and easy to drink..
