If you're looking to be healthy or if you are a dialysis patient this is a good place to start you can put on your food what U want if you wanted lightly toasted you can I always ask for it lightly toasted but one thing when you use the app make sure they log in your points when you spend a lot of money yes you get free stuff just let your points add up
