Great employees and veg sausage option! I spent many hours at this location over the past several days while my car was being worked on nearby and was really impressed with the staff-- a group of great ladies, funny, polite, professional even with weird complaints ("my hot chocolate is really hot"??), and with a sense of urgency and friendly customer service. It seemed like they actually wanted people to come in and to return. And I cannot believe that DD of all places has a veg sausage option AND several people ordered it. It is delicious. I thought I didn't like DD before, but I may now be a convert. Thanks Indiantown DD team :)

The worst costumer service the employees are so rude . Never had an issue at any Dunkin’ Donuts this is the worst. She didn’t give me a chance to finish my order without rudely rushing me and there were only me and another costumer. This place needs 0 star Needs new employees with excellent costumer service skills

New manager always messes up my order in drive thru every time I come in - always runs out of caramel & French vanilla ... now vanilla bean what kind of store is this ? Shouldn’t run out of anything ... it’s a business store get it together but overall i love how this employee is trained with patience & love to serve customers .. only reason I come here is because no one can make my coffee like no other Dunkin, this employee deserves a raise name is Yesica I asked for her name, always keeps a smile on her face even when covered she gets me right every time I come in very very sweet by the way.

experience here was excellent only because my food was well done by an excellent employee that works here thank you to her I come here & my food is sometimes burnt btw I come from Texas & never seen an employee like this ever at any other DD’s Yésica Tomas is her name very honest & patient when asked diff between a macchiato & cappuccino since she did say they can’t accept tips this girl off the bat deserves a raise
